What are the regulations governing the use of the EYESEE solution?
Updated11 October 2023
ByDiandra Cristache
The drone can only be used indoors, surrounded by walls and covered by a roof. In fact, the flight is not subject to European regulations governing the use of drones in outdoor environments. EYESEE Drone operators are therefore not required to hold a pilot’s licence, nor to be able to take over manual control of the drone at any time. EYESEE and its partners are involved in the ADIF and regulatory bodies, in order to monitor and develop their products and services.
