Export the mission results

From the consultation page of an executed mission, details of the mission’s executions appear below the graphical representation of the face.

You can delete any mission by clicking on the edit icon, selecting the desired mission and clicking on the delete icon:

By choosing a run from the list, the mission view will change automatically, as will the tables of scans, points of interest and, if applicable, the table of locations covered by the mission with expected values.

In the scans table, you will see details of the various scanner acquisitions for each location:

Click on the configuration wheel to add several options:

If you have defined a particular configuration for CSV run reports in the ‘Report Configurations’ menu, you can ‘select an existing configuration’ and choose it from the drop-down menu.

It is also possible to apply a custom configuration which will be saved in the ‘Report configurations’ menu and which you can apply to other missions in any of the repositories in your space.

It is possible to:

  1. Download only scans with errors: tick yes if you only want to download scans with errors (NO_SCAN or expected code different from the code read).
  2. Excel compatibility: if you tick ‘yes’ to this option, an apostrophe will be added in front of all the codes in the table, and also in the CSV file to be downloaded. Excel overwrites all the numbers from the 16th onwards, replacing them with zeros. To avoid this formatting, this option transforms each scanned code into a character string, which remains intact when the CSV file is opened with Excel.
  3. Display acquisition times: ticking this option ‘yes’ displays the date and time for each scan acquisition, which will also appear in the CSV file when it is downloaded.
  4. In this case, 5 date and time formats are possible:
    • JJ Mois AAAA HH:MM
    • Month DD, YYYY HH:MM
    • yyyy-mm-dd-hh-mm-ss-mss
  5. Barcode slicing: slicing barcodes according to several numbers of characters or according to a separator: this option allows you to slice the scanned barcodes of the desired acquisition.
  6. Name of scanner acquisition to be cut
  7. Trimming method: 2 possibilities: “by number of characters” and “by separator”. The number of columns created depends on the user’s choice for the number of characters option, while for the separator option it depends on the number of separators entered. It is possible to name these columns or leave the name fields empty. Downloading the CSV file takes into account the barcode breakdown
  8. Then click on the ‘Apply and save’ button.

For exemple:

The columns will be displayed in the scan table:

Click on the download icon to retrieve the acquisition details in CSV format. The columns will be displayed in the CSV file:

It works in the same way for separators. Simply enter the desired separator:
